Foam Generator PC series
Product Introduction:
Foam generator, also known as air foam generator and foamer, is a kind of horizontal-type fire-fighting equipment fixed and installed on oil tank. It is used for producing and jetting air foam. While the foam mixed liquid supplied by the fire pump in the foam fire truck, or the foam mixed liquid supplied by the foam proportionally-mixed device in the fixed-type foam extinguishing system passes through the producer via pipeline, the air foam is formed and thus the fire resulted from oil could be extinguished.
Structural Features:
· Constituted by shell, nozzle group, and guide plate and so on, thehorizontal-type generator is the upper-liquid jetting foam device fixed andinstalled on the top of the tanks filled with A, B and C type liquid.
· With reference to the PC4, PC8, PC16 and PC24 generators, the supply scopeof their nozzle groups only covers flange, gasket, fastener, etc, whereas thespraying pipe and bend shall be purchased by the user who will also manufactureinto nozzle group.
· The generator inlet is external tapered thread and could be connected byusing universal thread bend and pipeline.
· The generator is applicable to all kinds of foam liquid with theconcentration of 3% and 6%.
