Product Introduction:

The special concealed sprinkler with glass ball of ZSTDY15 series is constituted by adding a set of special temperature-sensing housing welded by fusible alloy on the external of common sprinklers. Besides possessing the functions similar to standard ZSTX15 pendant type sprinkler with glass ball, it has special purposes. Due to the nozzle is hided inside of the ceiling, and the opening of the ceiling is covered by plastics-spraying temperature-sensing decorative sheet:

        1. it has decoration function: could be widely used in luxurious hotel, high-rank restaurant, entertainment places with high decoration requirements and so on.

      2. it plays protective function: particularly suitable for the places with extremely low ceiling elevation, or where cargos to be transported frequently and the exposed sprinkler might be collided at any time.

Structural Features:

Constituted by cooper alloy frame, glass ball, sealing part, internal and external housing, temperature-sensing decorative panel etc., the concealed sprinkler of (K) ZSTDY series produced by our company is reasonable in structure, sensitive and reliable in action, and beautiful in appearance.

        1. The glide range of itsdeflector is long and the protection area is proper. The internal housing madefrom pure cooper is higher than the temperature-sensing piece, which enables itto overcome falling circumstance attributed by drooping ceiling. With theexcellent material, it is superior to some products of the same kind in termsof corrosion resistance.

        2. Adopting high-quality cooperbar after repeated forging and press, the sprinkler head frame is high instrength and strong in corrosion resistance, and meanwhile its surface ispolished and chromed. Its external housing is made from 08F material.High-quality cooper is adopted by internal housing and temperature-sensingdecorative panel, and the latter one is processed by spraying plastics onsurface.

Specifications:

The sphere diameter of the glass ball on temperature-sensing device is 3mm. The response time index for the device is (RTI) ≤50(m.s)

Quality guarantee: 100% detection will be carried out on all goods before leaving factory and the seal test pressure is 3.2MPa.
